## Plans and credits

New free accounts: 1 saved resume, Clean Code template, 30 signup credits after email verification and 5 exports in a rolling 30 days.

Existing accounts keep their original free allowance: 3 saved resumes, basic templates and 10 AI actions per 30-day period. Existing resumes remain editable after a subscription ends.

Credit packs: 100 for $2.90, 300 for $6.90 or 600 for $12.90, before tax. Unlock a template for 60 credits or add a permanent resume slot for 100.

Included AI actions are used first. After that: writing or themes cost 10 credits; ATS analysis or AI import costs 20. The oldest expiring gifts are used before purchased credits. Failed actions are released. AI import remains unmetered for existing accounts: it uses no AI actions or credits.

When a new friend verifies their email, you earn 40 credits and they receive 20 extra. Maximum 5 rewarded friends per UTC calendar month and 20 in total. Each friend receives their one-time reward even after your limit.

Full refunds are available within 30 days. Refunded credits and permanent benefits funded by that order are removed. Your resumes are retained; completed AI work creates no credit debt.

## Product boundaries

- What does the free resume check tell me?
  Paste your resume text to check common sections, contact details, length, and formatting signals. The score is a SmartCV guide, not a hiring platform’s ATS result.

- Do I need an existing resume?
  No. Start from a blank resume or a template, or upload a text-based PDF or Word file. If you import a file, review and correct the extracted details before saving.

- Which files can I import and download?
  Import PDF, DOC, or DOCX files up to 10 MB. Scanned images are not supported. Download a saved resume as PDF or DOCX; the layouts can differ between formats, so check the exported file.

- What is included in the free plan?

- How is my information used?
  Your account stores resumes and job records. AI features send relevant content for processing. Review the Privacy Policy and enter only the information you want to use for your applications.

- Can I keep resumes for different roles?
  Yes. Save separate resumes and edit each one for its target role, within your plan’s resume limit. You can also record jobs, statuses, and notes in the application tracker; it does not submit applications for you.
