구독 결제일로부터 30일 이내에 support@smartcv.cc 또는 사이트의 문의 페이지를 통해 전액 환불을 요청하실 수 있습니다. 환불은 원래 결제 수단으로 처리되며 일반적으로 5~10영업일 내에 완료됩니다. 빠른 처리를 위해 계정 이메일과 주문 정보를 함께 보내주세요. 참고: 본 보장은 각 구독 주기의 첫 결제에 적용되며, 악의적인 구매-환불 반복 행위는 제외됩니다.
Credit Card Chargeback Policy
You agree not to initiate disputes or otherwise seek 'chargebacks' from the credit card company you used to pay for service fees, except in cases of fraudulent activity. Credit card chargebacks create additional administrative costs and financial risks for the platform, so we encourage users to contact our customer service team directly with any concerns.
Consequences of Chargebacks
If you violate the above regulations, SmartCV may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process all pending and future transactions or entries from credit card accounts or online accounts that have experienced chargebacks. Additionally, we may ban all individuals or businesses in whose name these credit card accounts exist, as well as any person or business accessing any related online accounts or credit cards, or anyone otherwise violating these terms from using our service. These measures are intended to protect the normal operation of the platform and the rights of other users.

In certain special circumstances, such as extended platform service outages, serious functional failures, or confirmed fraudulent activities, you may contact us through official customer service channels. After verifying the situation, we will provide appropriate solutions based on the specific issue. Please note, however, that these circumstances do not constitute grounds for automatic refunds, and the final handling will be determined by the SmartCV team based on the actual situation.
